Prior to Praelium, Scott was a Partner at Greenlaw Partners and Chief Operating/Investment Officer for Crown Realty & Development.
Joey Hanen
Joey has over 30 years experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development and construction of office, industrial and residential real estate. Mr. Hanen was a Senior Vice President Acquisitions/Dispositions for Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE:KRC) where he managed the strategic planning and implementation of all acquisitions and dispositions companywide. He has completed property acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing transactions in excess of 4 billion dollars.
Matt Gambetta
Matt has over 25 years of financial and commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, capital raising and development of office, industrial, self-storage, educational and hospitality properties. Matt started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles and has worked with or for several public and private REIT’s and operators, including RMR, Macerich and Kilroy Realty. Matt spent the last 15 years living in Honolulu acting as a principal acquiring value-add projects in the western US and Hawaii and recently relocated back to Newport Beach with his family. Matt has a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from University of Southern California.
Michael E. Meyer
“Mike” leads the asset management, leasing and construction aspects of the legacy portfolio. He has more than 35 years of real estate expertise in asset and property management, contract and lease negotiation, entitlement processing, and design team management. Primary strengths include construction oversight of capital/tenant improvements as well low and mid–rise office, industrial tilt up and parking structure construction.
