Scott San FilippoScott San Filippo, Founding Principal
Mr. San Filippo, Founding Principal of Praelium Commercial Real Estate, has 30+ years of industry leadership, orchestrating $5.0+ billion transactions across diverse asset classes. Formerly a Partner at Greenlaw Partners, and Chief Operating/Investment Officer at Crown Realty & Development, he has owned & operated more than 20 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail properties. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Finance from San Diego State University-California State University.

 

Joe HanenJoey Hanen, Principal Partner
Mr. Hanen has over 30 years experience in acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, construction of office, industrial and residential real estate. Mr. Hanen served as a Senior Vice President Acquisitions / Dispositions for Kilroy Realty Corporation (NYSE: KRC) where he managed the strategic planning and implementation of all acquisitions and dispositions company-wide. He has executed leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions in excess of $4.0 billion in his career.

 

Matt GambettaMatt Gambetta, Principal Partner
Mr. Gambetta has over 25 years of financial and commercial real estate experience in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, capital raising and development of office, industrial, self-storage, educational and hospitality properties. Mr. Gambetta started his career with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Los Angeles and has worked with or for several public and private REITs and operators including RMR, Macerich, and Kilroy Realty. Mr. Gambetta spent the last 15 years in Honolulu acting as a principal acquiring value-add projects in the western US and Hawaii and recently relocated back to Newport Beach with his family. He has a degree in Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA from University of Southern California.

 

Alan DibartolomeoAlan Dibartolomeo, Principal Partner
Mr. Dibartolomeo brings 35 years of institutional-grade management experience to Praelium. He has advised Legacy Partners Residential in developing large multi-family projects and ventured with BlackRock Real Estate in mixed-use urban infill. In the 1980s and ‘90s Mr. Dibartolomeo built teams and managed several million square feet of office in Southern California with Spieker Properties (NYSE: SPK) and Trammell Crow Company. He has been a guest lecturer at the USC Masters in Real Estate Development and USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate, and has an MBA degree from Harvard University and a BA from UCLA.

 

Craig HenderliteCraig Henderlite, Partner
Mr. Henderlite brings a diverse background to Praelium with strong experience in both institutional commercial real estate investment and lending, and corporate tenant advisory. He was involved with over $3.0 billion in property transactions working in acquisition and asset management capacities at a regional investment fund. Prior to that, Mr. Henderlite worked in Wells Fargo’s Real Estate Banking group, focused on private equity firms and HNW clients. He was associated with over $1.0 billion in lending transactions and ongoing management of 50+ outstanding commitments. He earned dual degrees in finance and accounting and a real estate minor from the University of San Diego.

 

Cassidy San FilippoCassidy San Filippo, Partner
Ms. San Filippo is an accomplished Director of Communications with a passion for marketing and storytelling. She is skilled in leading multi-channel communications teams, building brand awareness and providing thought leadership, and uses her strong personal engagement style with brokers, analysts, investors, and executives. She is responsible for developing communication strategies that help advance the company’s efforts to catalyze broad impact through the sharing of effective ideas and practices. Ms. San Filippo brings excellent academics with a Bachelor’s degree from California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo.

 

Rebecca ShrumRebecca Shrum, Director
Rebecca Shrum is the Director of Customer Relations at Praelium, bringing over 15 years of expertise in hospitality and commercial real estate. A Purdue University alumna, she honed her skills at top Chicago hotels such as The Four Seasons and The Ritz Carlton, focusing on Catering Sales. Thirteen years ago, Rebecca joined BECO South, part of BECO Management based in the DC Metro area. At BECO, she was instrumental in the transformation of Innovation Park, a 2 million square foot property in Charlotte. She led efforts to revitalize the facility, securing major tenants like AREVA Nuclear Energy and TTI, thereby establishing it as a key business hub.
